dulu waktu masok tarian, ari2 kene buat sit up. lompat sane, lompat sini kan. pastu ble tension, mlm2 lari2. tp, ble stay kat umah nie, errrr, mendap sume ha. excercise xyah ckp la, hampeh. tp makan rajin. sume telan. kesimpulannye... BOYOT (x kutuk org boyot ye, boyot comel). tp... sy x comel dlm keadaan boyot ye. jd, sy xmaw. dsbbkn mama da kuarkn statement maut spt : "A'AH, KAKAK DA MAKEN BUNCIT" dan juge "NAMPAKLA BDN DA MENAIK", i know i have to do something. so, from now onwards, here's the deal :
1) 1 hour of dancing routine (every morning)
2) at least 50 sit ups (per day)
3) makan soup je (for this one week)
itu la tabiat2 yg akan dilakukan, until mama kate, OH, KEBOYOTAN DA HILANG. ok? thighs nie, mmg x taw la nk buat ape nk kcikkn. ikot aty nk potong je. tp.... dont change things that u cant, instead, change what u can. right now, it's the tummy!
doakn sy berjaye ye. if it doesnt work, i have plan B. that is.... VOMIT THINGS OUT! ha8. lets hope it doesnt get to that part kay.
