do u have a basic peplum? Syafiqah Azman is a person who cant let basic things stay basic for a long time. ha8. so i decided to MODIFIED it, into something less basic, and more fun (from my point of view). 
all u need is : 
- super huge scissors (to give u this tailor-ish feeling) -
- measuring tape - 
- pen - 
- basic peplum (duhhh, of course)

so lets turn this....

yes, i made a scallop and i call it... PETERPAN PEPLUM.
