do u believe in arrange marriage?
yes.
how sure are u that the marriage gonna work?
only Allah has every answer to EVERYTHING
so, u r not sure. then y do u still believe in arrange marriage?
it's the same like facing an exam. how sure are u, by studying, u gonna PASS the exam? i do c people who did not study, but still pass. but u study anyway, coz u know, it's the right thing to do. and u believe that, whatever the outcome is, at least u know, u have tried doing it THE RIGHT WAY. that is by studying. here, no matter what is the outcome of the marriage, at least i know i've tried doing it the proper way. free from fitnah, n zina. insyaAllah. how sure are u non-arranged marriage will works? i c a lot of divorce cases nowadays. and mostly comes from people who said they have been in a relationship with each other years before marriage.
urm, i guess, no one can be sure of the outcome of their marriage rite? nway, are u ok marrying a person u do not know of? Relationship gives u chances to KNOW a person.
Saidina Umar once said, U WILL ONLY KNOW a person, when u LIVE with them. that's when their TRUE COLOUR comes out. even a 10 years RELATIONSHIP will never actually able u to know a person real-self. because in a relationship, u will only do, what ur partner LIKES u to do. u tend to PRETEND to b someone else. after all, i believe, my parents will find the right person for their daughter. some one who can match my character. after all, who knows u best other than ur parents?
i still dont get it.
it's ok. we all have our own way in walking our path. the important thing is, always pick the BEST path u can find. the path that gives u good reasons, when u r questioned by your Creator
