hve u ever had that cloth, that u felt so excited when u bought it but ended up stocking it in the closet for the longest time?? like almost FOREVER??? if u r a typical girl, u should have at least ONE of this kind of cloth. it's not that u dont wanna wear it, but u cnt seem to find the reason to be wearing. mayb becoz, once u stepped out of the shop, that was when u realised, the outfit u just bought was lame, or too plain, or just simply wondering, "I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT SOMETHING ELSE". r we in the same boat? or ws it just me? nway, wht better way to start wearing ur lame outfit then to do some DIY n gives it a new look. something, more of ur cup of tea. yes???
so here, i have a knee-length-very-plain-pastel-pink cardy which i bought about a year ago from Cotton On during a SALE! i've only worn it once when i realised the length was just too ridiculous as at one point, it kindda emphasize my hip, instead of covering it. that is y, without much thinking, i decided to cut it shorter and add some lace. (im SOOO into lace rite now).
the result.....
